In this hour, we celebrate cancer survivors and recognize their resilience and courage in the face one of the major killers of Native Americans. We will also talk about cancer’s toll in Native communities and what it will take to fight cancer in the future. What obstacles do we face? What issues do we need to address to ensure there are more cancer survivors in Native communities? If you are a cancer survivor, we want to hear your story. If you have a loved one who survived cancer, we also want to hear from you.
