With Halloween just around the corner, we turn our attention to those tales of terror, those frightful fantasies: the scary story! Each Nation has its own brand of frightening entertainments. In this hour, we will hear from three acclaimed Native storytellers, giving us tales to frighten and delight. We will discuss with them the art of the scary story and why they think scary stories are important. What are scary stories you remember? What did you learn? How did the storyteller frighten you? Are Native scary stories the best? Do you have a scary story of your own to share?
